Double Drum Type Magnetic Separator The double drum type magnetic separators manufactured by us are accessible in high purity and quality. The material is passed by the magnet twice in double drum type machine. The magnetic drums proffered by us contain stationary permanent magnetic assembly that have uniform and everlasting magnetic field in the entire width of drum. This is effective over half of the drum circumferences. Drum shell is made by non-magnetic stainless steel, which revolves around the magnetic field. As the material fed evenly from chute falls over the drum, powerful magnetic field attract & holds ferrous particles to the revolving shell. The revolving shells carry iron particles through stationary magnetic field. Non-magnetic material falls freely from the shell whereas ferrous particles are firmly held until carried beyond divider and out of magnetic field. The permanent magnetic drum has guaranteed performance and strength in comparison to the corresponding electromagnetic drum. The permanent magnets used in this drum are everlasting and its strength never diminishes and easily used for long lasting duration during normal use.
