Suspended Permanent Magnet We are leading manufacturers of high precision suspended permanent magnet in over-the-belt conveyor applications. This heavy-duty permanent magnet incorporates all welded constructions that are particularly effective in removing tramp metal in high volume industries. The suspended permanent magnets made by us go according to the patron’s specification. To simplify cleaning of the magnet captured tramp metal, an optional stainless steel slider plate is available. It is offered along with tapped mounting holes in backing plate and four eye bolts. This suspended permanent magnet can be rigidly mounted with threaded bolts or hung by eye bolts using cable or chain systems. This product is very easy to install, as there are numerous ways for installing.

Suspended Electro Magnet Electromagnets are designed for use in high volume and deep burden applications. Overband Self Cleaning Magnetic Separation The overband self cleaning magnetic separation manufactured by us contains powerful suspended permanent magnet and recycle to create new generation of self-cleaning suspended magnets. Short center conveyor belt is used to eliminate collected tramp metal from the magnet face. Driven by double pulley belt drive, these magnetic separators are used where the tramp metal volumes are high. We also deal in overband self cleaning elector magnets.
