The magnetic pulley offered by us has three parts:
Magnetic Pulley Permanent magnetic pulley manufactured by us can transform belt conveyor in powerful self-cleaning magnetic separator. The axial interpole magnetic circuit provides uniform magnetic field to eradicate tramp iron from material on almost any belt conveyor. We are engaged in delivering electromagnetic units also. Magnetic separator pulleys are normally used as head pulleys in belt conveyors for continuous and automatic removal of tramp metal from material flow. As the tramp contaminated material comes in the pulleys magnetic field, the ferrous tramp will be attracted and held to the belt until it reaches the underside. After this it is separated out of the magnetic field and can be discharged in chute of bin. The cleaned non-magnetic is discharged normally over the pulley in vertical drop.
Magnetic Coolant Separator Magnetic coolant separator is a well-designed product (unit) for separation of ferrous particles from coolant oil. These system for purifying coolant oil from ferrous particles is equipped by 3-phase motor, reduction gear box, magnetic roller, rubber roller with spring tension, wiper plates and M.S or S.S main body.

Capacity Standard ranges are 30, 60, 90, 150 LPM and capacity can be modified as per customers requirements.
