Our wide array of screen separators are unique particle size gradable separator, designed for greater capacity per meter square of screening area and over size material discharge, comparatively less percentage fines from other screening machines.
Working Principle Of Screen Separator: The top weight on motor shaft rotates in plane close to centre off the mass of assemble. Rotation of top eccentric weights create vibration in horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing. Top eccentric mass, increases the horizontal throw causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate. Bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating till on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential planes. Increasing vertical component of motion, promotes turn over material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of under size material to pass through screen. It also minimizes blinding of screen by “near size” particles. Tangential component of motion is controlled by angle of lead given to bottom weights with relation to the top weight. Variation in lead angle controls the spiral pattern of material travel over screen cloth. Speed and flow pattern of material travel over screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum throughout and screening efficiency for any screen able product, we or dry, coarse or fine, heavy or light, hot or cold. Typical material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. It is available in vivid standard size, 24” 36”, 48” and 60” diameters and according to client’s specification.
