These are accessible in different size and shape. It contains cast aluminum bowls for symmetrical and regular shaped components. By the help of stainless steel we fabricate vibratory bowl feeder for irregular shaped components. It is suitable for passive and active tooling for orientation and feed. It requires power supply of 220v, 50 Hz and clockwise or anticlockwise helical tracks in bowl of cylindrical and step construction. Bowl mounted on set of leaf springs secured for heavy base with rubber feet and electronic amplitude controller.
Applications: It is used in automatic assemble operations, pharmaceutical machinery and others, centreless grinders and presses, automatic machining units and PET bottle cap feeding.
